Let's do it: An Agile Microproject

The idea is to make a scaled-down XP project. We have a single iteration with: planning; design; coding; retrospective.

The participants are split in three teams, with 6 programmers and a coach.

The project involves real programming; no nonsense with baloons, tarot cards or other gimmicks :-) It is simple enough that it's possible to reach a satisfying conclusion in half a day, but interesting enough that everyone needs to keep their brains fully engaged.
